Life is full of problem. People will fail us. Promises made are being broken every single day. What are you going through right now? Are you feeling hopeless as if no one cares? You want to talk to someone who perhaps would be sympathetic to your needs and lend a helping hand. But there are times when you really just feel alone and by yourself. You are crying inside but no one can hear. You are in deep pain from a broken heart. Who do you turn to? To whom do you speak and tell your problems to?
In this category I will be sharing more on how to find healing through faith. And how to look at life in a different perspective. We don’t always have the answers to our problems, but I know someone who does. And I am sharing this topic with you because with all of the problems I went through, I realized who was really with me all those times. I am now starting to recall some events in my life that are still very vivid in my memory.
Let me just start with this first story:
When I was about 8 years old, my father came down with an illness that caused him to be disable. He was not able to work and provide for his family. So my mother had to shoulder all the responsibilities of not only to feed my brother and I but to also care for my father. It was very hard for her. I simply could not just watch my mother struggled to work for different people tending their farms for a little amount of money to buy food.
So I decided to help her and started working in the sugar cane fields for the equivalent of 50 cents a day. I started to develop migraines working under intense heat. Most of the time the temperature was up to 90 degrees fahrenheit. One day the migraine pain was so intense that I felt like I was going to die with the pain. As I kept pulling the weeds I started to cry. I can still remember my tears falling to the ground. I wanted to go home, but I didn’t because we need the money. The pain continued and I simply just could not take it anymore. As I was crying I looked up to the sky and cried to God and I can still remember how I said it:
” Papa Jesus, would you please help me?”
My tears and the brightness of the sun was almost blinding to my sight. I put my head down and continued to pull weeds. About five minutes after crying out to God, the clouds came and covered the sky and it started to rain. My first reaction was, “oh no this can’t be we need money”. But the rain got so heavy that I had no choice but to go home. So I did and went to sleep.
I never thought much about that experience anymore until few years ago when I began to develop a deeper relationship with God. Looking back on my life’s experiences one by one I started to realized what God has done for me through all those years. I realized God has been with me all along and answering my questions and problems even when I didn’t feel it or see it. I realized God’s caring grace and mercy for me. And most especially His great love for me. Now I can really say this that “I am God’s girl“.
Friends, I want to encourage you that you are not alone. God is with you whether you believe Him or not. He is always working out the best for you. Many times we question Him for the things that happens in our lives. But have you ever question yourself about God’s plan for your life? Have you ever known His promises in His word? If you are not sure and if you really need to know God’s plan and His promises, please follow me and connect with me.
I am testifying here the goodness and faithfulness of God in my life, because He really has blessed me in so many ways than I really deserve. In fact, I don’t deserve any of it, yet His mercy and grace allows me to received the blessings He promised in His word.
Please don’t get me wrong I’m not just talking about material blessings, but I am mainly talking about spiritual blessings. I am happier in my life knowing that no matter what happens in this life God is always with me and He will never leave me or forsake me. I know He will guide me and walk with me during my trials in this life. And the most important thing I want to say, is that I know where I’m going when I pass on from this life.
Do you know your Creator?
Does your Creator know you?
Do you have a personal relationship with Him?
Are you secured in His promises?
What are you doing for the rest of your life?
Where are you going when you die?
What are your plans now to be able to live in paradise for eternity?
How can you be sure that you will live in paradise after this life?

Let me leave you with these two questions:
Let say you don’t believe that there is God, and when you die you find out that God does really exist, but too late to get your ticket to live in paradise, so you end up in burning hell. What would you lose?
And now let me reverse that question. Let say that you believe God and you accepted the ticket offered to you over 2000 years ago through the Lord Jesus. And you die, we can all expect to die, it’s just matter of when. Then you open your eyes and find out there’s no God. What would you lose?
