

Healthy Delicious Salad Dressing, that you can use for any of your salad recipes.
Buying salad dressings can be difficult if you are trying to stay healthy and avoid much intake of sugar and other food preservatives.
Personally, I have to avoid much intake of sugar and food preservatives as those are migraine triggers for me. Just by making food diary and knowing what food to avoid makes it easier for me to make food choices.
Unfortunately buying food that are already prepared ahead of time from the stores has preservatives in it. Which in my case will be like buying poison for my brain as it triggers migraines for me. So I have to constantly make and cook most of my food from scratch.
It’s difficult for me to find just the right ingredients for salad dressing in one bottle and without having to deal with preservatives. So I came up with my own recipe and made it. And was I ever so happy to make my own salad dressing. Not to mention how good it taste. You are welcome to try this recipe if you like.

1/2 cup Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Raw Honey
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 clove minced garlic
Those are the simple ingredients for my salad dressing. You can adjust the mixture to suit your taste buds. You can also add other herbs that you like. You can pretty much experiment with other different healthy ingredients.
