There is no question that if you are healthy, you are also happy. But being healthy does not only consists of being healthy physically, but also emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
What is health? It is the state of being free from illness or injury, like having a good physical condition. Being strong, vigor, robust, soundness are what we called health.
Another way to describe health is having a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
In this category I will be sharing about how to be healthy and stay healthy physically, emotionally, mentally, socially, spiritually and intellectually.
Why is it important to be healthy? To be healthy physically can help you being healthy emotionally too and so on. If you are not taking care of your body who else will do it for you? You are the one responsible for your own well-being.
The food you eat and physical activities you regularly do will have an impact to your whole well-being. Eat unhealthy food and you will also be unhealthy physically and so on. Anything we do is a cycle, it will come back to us and we will reap whatever we do whether good or bad. You eat healthy food and your body will thank you for it, because you will feel good being healthy from the inside and out.
I don’t claim to be an expert about health professionally, but I have become an expert on my observations and experiences. I’m sharing this topic because of my successful stories overcoming my own struggles. I used to have a lot of pain, suffered depressions a lot. I was in a mess! And I understand it when people are going through pain and depression, because I was once there in your shoes.
It’s not fun to live life anymore when you are eat up with pain not only physically, but emotionally and mentally as well. But I want to thank God for His grace for allowing me to keep on striving and seeking ways to help myself and get on my feet. I also thank God for the wisdom to take alternative approach to getting healthy and staying healthy.
My alternative approach to living healthy now is really very simple that anyone can do it. Three key points below:
1) Eating healthy food: Fruit, vegetables, fish and all other plant base food and less sugary food.
2) Regular exercise routine: Walking, yoga, endurance, strength, balance and flexibility.
3) Meditation and prayer.
On this category we will tackle a few basic problems that a lot of you are suffering right now. Here are some of my questions for you and see where in these categories you find yourself suffering from?
1) Are you struggling to lose weight?
2) Are you suffering from so much physical pain? And doesn’t have much energy to even get through the day?
3) Are you struggling with depression?
4) Are you feeling emotionally in distress, having panic attacks?

There is hope for you and it is possible to reverse all the adverse effect of unhealthy eating and habits that are slowly if not fast destroying the quality of living your life. Pills are not the answer to your problems. It only gives temporary relief. Don’t you want to improve your health with the natural approach?
