Banana Pancake Pie
A Must Try Breakfast

1 Medium Size Banana
1/2 Of Lemon, Juice
2 Cups Pancake Mix
1-1/2 Cups Oat Milk (optional)
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
2 Tablespoons Ground Flaxseed
1/2 Cup Blueberries
2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
1. Preheat the oven at 350°F.
2. Mix all the ingredients.
3. Melt butter in the skillet.
4. Add the batter
5. Bake for 20 minutes plus 5 minutes more after adding more butter on the pie.
6. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup before eating or none at all.

If you are like how I used to be, you would definitely modify your eating habits. I used to eat a lot of what most people would call junk food. And believe me, my body was really paying for it too. I suffered all kinds of body inflammation, from migraines to arthritis pain. It was so bad that the pain I was suffering was almost unbearable.
When I finally started making diaries of the food I eat and made changes when I literally begin to feel better. Instead of having migraines seems like everyday to very seldom these days. The arthritis pain in both my hips also got better. I don’t hardly feel any pain anymore.
I mentioned those health issues I had before, because I want to encourage you that if you are having problems with physical pain, there is hope for you. We after all become what we eat.
